If you don’t let go of the pain of the past, it very well could ruin your future.
A few options to release the pain:
2. Accept that the pain happened, but that is the past and doesn’t define you today. Stand up to the pain.
3. Speak your feelings
4. Seek God’s guidance
5. Stay aware of your behavior and emotions so that you can change your thoughts
6. Create change by making new choices, and
7. Remind yourself daily that you are worthy of more…that holding onto the pain only ends up hurting you; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
