After writing and gathering various parts of my work for the past year, I am finally ready to release my second book…
Actually, the gathering of my work started back in 2014. I knew I had given so much information in my first book, and thought perhaps the reader would appreciate more clarity on each topic. So I did.
I took parts of my book and blog, Loving with Purpose, and separated the content into topics; being intentional, dating, relationships, friendships, abuse, God, and children. Also, since I have grown and changed since my first book, I had to add my perspective as I see life today.
From there, I took the tedious steps necessary to offer the content to you in a book! It took me a year of cutting and pasting, adding and deleting, and changing some of what I had previously shared, but now it is finally complete!
The Mindful, Intentional YOU is a daily motivational book. You can read one section at a time or continue on; capturing much about how to be intentional in your choices and mindset.

I also want to take a moment to thank my dear friend, Mary Beth Boggs, who helped me take the content and place it into their respective folders. That alone was a great help.
