Being Quiet Does A Body Good…

If we would only take a few minutes out of each day to reflect on the quiet, the stillness, our health, our mood…our day would go so much better.

This may seem silly to think that just a few minutes of calm can change so much, but it can! 

In my opinion, the more opportunities you take to get quiet and connect with your soul, the closer you are to God.
