…trying to reach a place they have never seen. Instead, just focus on the following: sit up straight, simply quiet your mind, pay attention to your breathing, and relax. When thoughts enter your mind, and they will, brush them away by focusing back on your breathing.

Before you know it, you will be more rested and in touch with your inner self than ever before.

If you do this every morning, your day will actually be brighter because you took the time to focus on your inner health first.

Lastly, know that God is present and available to you more clearly when your mind is quieted.”
